1) Take a deep breath, in, out. You are not alone, everybody gets upset sometimes.
2) Look at the situation, what can you do?
3) TALK TO SOMEONE! It’s terribly unhealthy to keep it all bottled up! You can talk to me if you need to!
4) Crying is okay, sometimes its best to get a good cry! Don’t hide your emotions!
5) Don’t make and drastic decisions when you’re upset.
6) Read a book, watch a movie, play a game, sing a song, stay occupied!
7) Stay calm!
8) You are loved, never think differently.
9) You are beautiful, don’t let anybody tell you otherwise.
